NewJeans is arguably the most popular K-pop girl group right now. In July 2022, they debuted with their first single "Hype Boy". Currently, they only have 6 songs. However, all of those songs have received enormous retention on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The group consists of multinational members Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein. The young prodigies dominate with their rhythmically enticing songs, their beautiful voices, original concepts, and much more. With no member being 20 years old or older, there is so much time and potential for NewJeans to accrue so much more success.

Some videos with NewJeans songs received hundreds of thousands of views and have earned many creators a lot of fame and revenue, inspiring them to focus their attention on something NewJeans related or K-pop related. The videos may have also inspired others to create their own content, using NewJeans songs in them to consider the appeal NewJeans has on TikTok's broad audience. Similarly, NewJeans has also retained their popularity by releasing new bangers every once in a while. What's interesting is that NewJeans does not really promote their upcoming releases or do not necessarily allocate much funding to their upcoming releases as much as other K-pop groups. Yet, their upcoming releases are heavily anticipated and instantly earn millions of monthly views. This is most likely due to, along with other reasons to be researched in the future, the massive support NewJeans has.
